The Application is a personal budget management tool. All data you enter remains stored exclusively on your device, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Novalis Partners LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Application on devices you own or control, within the usage rules of Apple's App Store and the Google Play Store.
Access to the Application requires an auto-renewable subscription:
Novalis Budget - Monthly subscription.
1 month, renewed automatically.
The price shown in the Application at the time of purchase, in your local currency.
7 days free, where applicable, on activation.
Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically at the same rate unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation are available at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. The current period is not refunded upon cancellation.
The Application provides tracking and visualization tools for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, tax, accounting or investment advice in any way. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.
The Application, its design, content and trademarks are the exclusive property of Novalis Partners LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.
The Application is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Novalis Partners LLC cannot be held liable for data loss, indirect damages or consequences resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Application. As your data resides locally, its backup is your responsibility and that of your operating system's native mechanisms.
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published at this address.
